The 3-Day Military Diet

It is necessary to have dinner every day at the same time, whether you are hungry or not. Determine your own schedule and stick to it. The diet recommends moderate physical activity and drinking more water. Only pepper and salt are allowed from spices.

Here’s what this diet looks like …

First day

Breakfast: Eat half a grapefruit,one piece of toast with two tablespoons of peanut butter, coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 115 grams of tuna, a piece of toast, coffee or tea without sugar.
Dinner: 80 grams of any meat, 100 grams of peas, half banana, small apples and 300 grams of vanilla ice cream.

Second day

Breakfast: Egg, half banana, a piece of toast.
Lunch: Fresh cheese, hard boiled egg, and five savory crackers.
Dinner: Two hot dogs without bread, broccoli, 115 grams of grated carrots, half banana and 100 grams of vanilla ice cream.

Third day

Breakfast: Coffee or tea with one to two teaspoons of sugar, five salty crackers, 30 grams of cheese and one small apple.
Lunch: Hard boiled egg and one piece of toast.
Dinner: 115 grams of tuna, half banana and 200 grams of vanilla ice cream.
