Honey and Walnuts Grandma’s favorite Healthy Combination

My Grandma is from another time when everything was different. Everybody had their vegetable garden, fruit trees, and herbal healing corners in their backyard.

That is why my Grandma always says nature is your best medicine.

It does not matter if it is a toothache, headache, stomach pain, blood pressure, digestion problem, or another health problem. She always has some homemade remedy.

I love that about her. Her remedy is always delicious and healing. What’s not to love?

So I am going to share with you her all-time favorite combination and a few recipes.

And by a favorite, I mean honey and walnut healing combination and other ingredients that aid that basic combination.

As I have come to learn, scientists support my Grandmas’s advice. A lot of scientific studies show that honey and walnuts have a lot of important vitamins and minerals for our overall health.

Grandma says one spoon in the morning of honey-walnut combination will get you a better immunity. Especially during the winter.

Daily consumption of the honey-walnut combo is good for headache, digestion problems, constipation, sore throat, anemia, and even to stabilize metabolic misbalance. As well as better concentration and rheumatoid pain.

I remember when I was pregnant I had a problem with iron deficiency. This is a common condition during pregnancy. But as my grandma taught me, it is best to try to solve the issue the natural way. And I did. I ate a full spoon of honey-walnut and nettle seeds every morning for a month, and the result was excellent blood work results. Even my doctor asked me how I did it so fast. The answer was I listened to my Grandma!

Honey and walnuts are invaluable for a woman’s health. They contain substances that improve blood flow to the body in the pelvis. And help to a better healing after childbirth.

Because it improves the blood flow to the body is great for men’s health as well. Can aid with men’s potency issues.

Grandma tells me she used this for intestine problems like slow digestion, bloating, even constipation. And for fresh and glowing skin. After all healthy look comes from what we eat.

As you can see Grandma is probably right. Maybe we should try natural remedies before jumping to the pharmacy.

If you have a more serious condition is best to consult your family doctor before using any natural remedies as a complete substitute for medicine.
