You will need:

  • 2 cups of Barley Malt Syrup
  • 4 onions
  • 1 cup grated ginger
  • 2 lemons
  • 50 grams milled walnuts
  • 7 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1.5-liter water

Preparation:

Slice the onions into small cubes, and squeeze the lemons into juice.

Heat the Barley Malt Syrup into a skillet over medium heat. Stir it until heated. When it is heated, add the onions and ginger, and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the water and bring it to boil. Boil it, stirring occasionally until the water reduces by a third. Remove it from the oven and leave it to cool.

When the mixture is cold, add the milled walnuts, the lemon juice, and the honey, mix it all thoroughly and leave it overnight.

In the morning, stir it well once again and strand the liquid into a glass jar or glass bottle.

Keep it in the refrigerator and take one tablespoon before each meal.

Take it until you finish the bottle, and make it again if necessary.
