How To Make Ginger Oil
Ingredients:
- Fresh ginger,
- 1,5 c olive oil,
- Oven-safe bowl,
- Cheese grater.
Preparation:
Over a cup of fresh ginger pour some water and let it dry nicely. Don’t peel off the skin. Into an oven-safe bowl put some olive oil, chop and shred the ginger and add it to the olive oil.
Heat the oven to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, put the mixture and leave it like that for 2 hours. Then, in order to filter it pour everything through an unbleached cheese cloth. Afterward, squeeze the oil from the cloth and transfer it into bottles. Keep the ginger oil in a cool and dry place.
