Table of Contents
Ginger Lemon Garlic Tonic
- 1.5 -liter water
- 2 lemons
- 1 medium-sized ginger root
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Wash and peel the ginger root. Slice it into smaller bits. Peel and remove the seeds from the lemon, because we will need the whole lemon, not just its juice. Peel the cloves of garlic as well.
Put the water in a blender, add the ginger, the garlic, and the lemon. Blend until every ingredient is almost one with the water, about 20-30 seconds.
Pour the mixture in a pinch, then add the honey, we don’t want to put the honey in the blender because often most of it will stick to the walls of the blender. Stir it all well with a large spoon, pour it in a glass bottle, and keep it in a refrigerator.
Take one big tablespoon of this tonic every day on empty stomach.
