Carrot Syrup Recipe For Inflammation

This carrot syrup recipe can bring many benefits to your health. Its main purpose is to alleviate respiratory problems, but because of the nutritional values of the ingredients, it improves the overall health.

Carrots are rich in β-carotene, it is responsible for their beautiful orange color. This substance is metabolized in vitamin A and in 100 grams of carrot, there is more than 100% of the daily value of vitamin A needed for the body.

The Carrot Syrup

It is an ideal natural remedy for respiratory problems because of its abundance of vitamin B and C that strengthen the immune system. The recipe is very simple and the ingredients are common, so you probably already have everything in your kitchen.

Recipe:

  • 5 carrots
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp of raw honey
  • a bigger jar

Preparation:

Chop the washed carrots and boil them until they soften.

Wait for them to cool.

Strain the cooled carrots and blend them or crush them with a fork.

Add the raw honey and the lemon juice.

Mix until you get a homogenous paste.

Transfer it to a clean jar and store it in the fridge.

Use:

Take 4 tbsp per day until the symptoms are reduced or completely go away.
