You will need:

  • 5 average sized limes
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ginger root
  • A sealed container or a jar with a lid

First, peel the limes and cut them in half. Peel and gently crush the garlic cloves, wash and peel the ginger root.

Place the limes, the garlic, and the ginger in a blender and blend all of them together, for about 15-20 seconds.

Pour the mixture into a container, then add the honey and stir well. Keep it in a refrigerator.

Boil a cup of water, and add 1 teaspoon of the mixture into the cup. Stir well and drink this 3 times a day.

A sore throat will be soothed immediately and completely healed in just two days.
