Nevertheless, every household has the necessary items to make a powerful cleaning mixture that will be a cheaper and healthier alternative.
You will need an empty spray bottle
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup rubbing alcohol
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Pour everything into the spray bottle, shake for a bit, and use it to clean your glass coffee table, windows, and mirrors even.
- 1 cup Sodium Bicarbonate
- ¼ cup water
- Stir well until it forms a paste.
This recipe should be enough for one cleaning, but if there is some left, you can store the mixture in a glass jar or plastic container with a lid. Use a cleaning sponge to apply on the wanted surface, leave it for about 10 minutes until the deposits have softened enough and can be removed.
Unclog the Drains
- ½ cup Sodium Bicarbonate
- ¼ white vinegar
- 1 liter boiling water
Clogged drains are preventing the water from running freely, an inconvenience that can be easily resolved with just 2 ingredients and water.
Pour the Sodium Bicarbonate into the drain, then add the vinegar. Vinegar and Sodium Bicarbonate react with each other because of an acid-base reaction. This reaction will help remove the dirt collected in the drain, and pouring the hot boiling water will carry the dirt freely through the drainage pipe.
