The Three-Step Remedie For Oily Skin

Many people suffer from oily skin symptoms. Especially in the teenage years, it is common to start noticing pimples and open pores on your face.

There are many natural remedies for this condition, but here is a very effective, reinvented three-step solution for the problem. It is not time-consuming and the ingredients are easy to acquire and non-expensive.

Step1 / Day 1: Toner

The active ingredient in this first step is apple cider vinegar. It has very similar pH level with that of the protective skin layer so it helps restore the pH balance of your skin and inhibit the bacteria population.

Preparation:

Mix 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water.

Application:

Wash your face with a soap according to your skin type. Afterwards, apply some of the toner on your clean skin by using cotton. Let it dry and apply coconut oil as a moisturizer.

Step 2 / Day 2 : Mask

Egg whites are composed of proteins and collagen. They prevent wrinkles and cleanse the pores. Because of this, the second step is an egg white mask.

Ingredients:

1 egg white

2 tbsp oatmeal

2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

In a clean bowl mic the egg white, the oatmeal and the lemon juice until you get a thick paste. When ready apply the paste to your skin and let it stay for 30 minutes. Afterward, wash it off with lukewarm water.

Step 3 / Day 3: Moisturizer

Dehydrated skin cannot detoxify itself. The lack of moisture slows down all processes and leaves toxins stuck in your cells. That is why moisturized skin looks and feels better and healthier. One of the most potent natural moisturizers is the aloe vera plant. Usually, we use its fresh gel topically or as part of our diet.

Application:

Spread some aloe vera gel on clean skin, before going to bed. Leave it to work through the night and wash it off in the morning.
