Wild oregano oil as an effective natural remedy for treating candida
Oregano oil is incredibly effective in treating all types of candida. The most important thing is to adhere to a controlled diet and therapy and add wild oregano oil.
Wild oregano oil is used as follows:
At the beginning of therapy, use 1 drop three times a day. Gradually increase the dose until you reach 4 drops three times a day. During the last weeks of treatment, your dose should be 12 drops throughout the day. The therapy lasts for a maximum of 3 weeks, after which a break of 10 days is mandatory.
If the disease is persistent, the therapy is repeated three weeks after the break. For candida in the urinary tract, it is recommended to add a few drops of wild oregano oil to a teaspoon of olive oil and drink the mixture three times a day until you feel better.
If you have candida in the throat, then you should mix wild oregano oil with a little cooking oil (olive or coconut) at the beginning with one drop of oil, and gradually increase to 4 drops. The therapy should last for a maximum of 3 weeks, followed by a break of 10 days.
